salt
Fresh White Truffle 7 g
METHOD
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. In the meantime divide the egg yolk and white taking care not to break them. Put the egg whites in the butter and cook on a very low heat. Then put the egg yolks on whites, salt and sprinkle with white truffle gills.
