Selektia Tartufi was born in Tuscany in 2008.
Precisely in Castelfiorentino, medieval village located at the intersection
of two important routes of communication: the Via Francigena and the Via Volterrana.
Tuscany is one of the most important Italian regions for truffle production.
Our region is lucky enough to still have unspoilt areas
in which places rich in truffles can be found all year round
The precious tuber, mainly harvested in the San miniatesi Hills, the Balze Volterrane and the Crete Senesi, is selected and processed with the most innovative technologies, to preserve and enhance its natural characteristics.
All Selektia products are born from the love for the territory and the passion
for the typical and genuine Tuscan cuisine.
