Selektia Tartufi’s Kosher line was created to allow people of the Jewish and non-Jewish religion to consume our products in accordance with the dictates of the Jewish cult or cultural choices.

rules governing the diet of observant Jews.
In fact, the Hebrew term literally means

which derive from the Bible: The Torah.

in sunfloweroil with a delicate aroma,
and a ligth flavour enriched with the typical Tuscan spicy notes.

Acacia Honey and Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.): a delicious sweetness characterized by a nice clear yellow colour with truffle petals and the right balanced flavour between the sweet one of honey and the fragrant one of truffle.
WHITE TRUFFLE
FLAVOURED EXTRA OLIVE OIL
Condiment with the typical bitter
and spicy White Truffle flavours.
TRUFFLE SALT
Table or cooking sea salt with dried Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
