Tuttofood Milano 2026 will take place at Rho Fiera Milano from 11 to 14 May 2026. The event offers an opportunity to meet buyers, distributors and industry professionals from both Italy and abroad; it will be spread across 10 halls, featuring exhibitors from all over the world.
WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT OUR STAND
There will be a dedicated tasting area, where Chef Stefano Daini will use his expertise to bring out the very best in the aromas and flavours of our truffle-based specialities.
There will be plenty of opportunity to sample all the classic truffle dishes that come out of Selektia’s kitchen every day:
- Truffle Sauce, A rich mushroom sauce containing 5% summer truffle, available in light or dark varieties. A versatile product with a wide range of culinary uses, from pasta dishes to stuffing for chicken or turkey, or simply spread on crostini or in a sandwich to add a gourmet touch to your snacks.
- Butter and White truffle Specialty, It is characterised by a delicate aroma and a pleasant flavour. Enriched with truffle shavings, it is best used to finish off risottos, but is also excellent spread on crostini for tasty appetisers that will leave your guests speechless.
- Truffle extra virgin olive oil, the unmistakable flavour of truffle, with bitter and spicy notes; recommended for pasta, pizza, meat, fish, eggs and salads, or try it on its own on a slice of toasted bread.
- Summer Truffle carpaccio, slices of summer truffle preserved in sunflower oil, recommended for adding flavour to your pasta dishes, but also for seasoning red or white meat.
