CHOCOLATE PIES WITH TRUFFLE ACACIA HONEY

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE

butter at room temperature 130 g; sugar 250 g
fresh eggs 5
bitter cocoa powder 150 g
wheat flour 140 g
dark chocolate for decoration

METHOD

Beat the butter and sugar, then add the eggs one by one and stir the sifted flour and cocoapowder. Carefully mix with the ladle taking care to not disassemble the mixture. Butter and dustwith cocoa some aluminium shot glasses and fill with the dough. Put in the freezer for at least onehour, then cook in the oven preheated to 200º for about 8 minutes. Place the little pies on a servingdish and drizzle with Selektia Truffle Acacia Honey Sweetness.
