INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
400 GR EGG TAGLIOLINI
200 GR BUTTER
40 GR TRUFFLE
PREPARATION
While noodles are cooking in salted water, put the butter in a pan and let it melt in bain-marie without putting it in contact with the flame so that it remains creamy. To flavor grate a part of fresh Truffle and add a teaspoon of “Truffle Cream”. Stir-fry at end the tagliolini in a pan and shake them quickly so you can stir them . Finally, sprinkle with a generous grated fresh Truffle.
