Biofach 2021 is the global leader fair of organic food. It is generally held every year in mid-February in the city of Nürnberg, Germany and after the great success of last year Selektia Tartufi cannot miss.
The fair turns almost 30 thanks to the devotion to organic food and to biological of its founders Hagen Sunder, Hubert Rottner and Jürgen Ries. In 1990, the fair was held in Ludwigshafen – south of Frankfurt – but after a few years moved to Nürnberg. The number of exhibitors and visitors increased over the years, so much to rise as one of most important biological fair all over the world. Infact, Biofact is currently considered the most accurate reflection of world organic market.
Because of Covid-19 pandemic, the 2021 edition will be held online from 17 to 19 February together with the International Trade Fair for Natural and Organic Personal Care “Vivanesse Special” and also this year Selektia Tartufi is participating!
Biofach 2021 slogan is “Shaping Transformation. Stronger. Together”. The main theme will be the reflection on the transition toward more environmentally friendly business methods. How? Of course digitally! Even if Biofach 2021 won’t be physically held this year, organisers have set up ad hoc solutions both for exhibitors and visitors from online company and product presentations, to discussion forum and other types of networking.
