RISOTTO WITH WHITE TRUFFLE BUTTER

We propose a simple and tasty dish to amaze your loved ones created by chef Lorenzo de Vivo Martini.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

Truffle Rice 180gr
White truffle butter
Selktia truffle granulate
or fresh truffle
Shallot (half)
Vegetable broth
Parmesan cheese 10gr
Olive oil

METHOD

In a saucepan, sauté the shallot with some Evo oil and toast the rice, adding stock from time to time until cooked through (approx. 18min). Finally, remove the saucepan from the heat, add the white truffle butter and Parmesan cheese and stir in the rice. Finally, spread the risotto on a flat plate and sprinkle with fresh truffle shavings or Selektia Truffle Granulate.
