METHOD
Blend boiled beans adding their cooking water tillthe cream get the right texture. Put on fire and simmer for a few minutes. Dress with olive oil, salt and pepper. Plate the cream, put some Selektia cannellini beans and croutons on that and thinly slice fresh White Truffle.
