flesh of adult bovine 200 g
Extra Virgin Olive oil 20 g

carrots 100 g
zucchini 100 g
fresh White Truffle 20 g
METHOD
Dice meat with a knife.
Dress it with salt, pepper, olive oil and mix together. Put the meat in a metal cylinder. Cut carrots and zucchini into thin slices. Place vegetables on the dish in a circle, arrange the cylinder in the centre and fill it with meat. Slide it out and grate the fresh truffle. And finally, pour a drizzle of olive oil.
