The best way to preserve the taste and smell
Selektia recommends storing the fresh truffle whether white or black, wrapped in blotting paper inside a tightly closed glass jar. Store the truffle in the refrigerator for up to seven days. To preserve the scent, check that the blotting paper is always dry, otherwise replace it.
