PREPARATION
quick and easy
preparation
Start by cutting the bottom of a plastic cup and insert a teaspoon into it and half of Truffle Sauce, using the glass as a mould. Make sure you even out the surface of the sauce well and put the glass in the freezer until it solidifies. Meanwhile, mix water and flour to create the mixture that will hold together the breadcrumbs and Tomino Cheese. Open the Tomino Cheese in half and insert the medallion previously prepared of Truffle Sauce in the centre, frozen and hardened. Close the Tomino Cheese tightly, making the two halves adhere carefully. Pass the Tomino Cheese first in the water and flour mixture, then in the breadcrumbs, making sure to completely cover the entire surface and avoid breaking points. Prepare a pan with hot oil and immerse the Tomino Cheese to fry them. Fry them until they are evenly browned on both sides. Drain the Tomino Cheese with some paper to eliminate excess oil. Plate the Tomino Cheese and serve them hot. Done! Your delicious Tomino Cheese filled with Truffle Sauce are ready to be enjoyed. Enjoy your meal!
