Gnocchi with Selektia White Truffle Sauce

Potato gnocchi
White onions
Selektia White Truffle Sauce
Chopped sage

preparation

Slice the white onions and season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Spread the onions on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until slightly crisp. Heat the “Selektia white truffle sauce” in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Once the gnocchi are cooked, drain them and toss them in the pan with the White Truffle Sauce . Make sure the gnocchi are well coated with the sauce. Add the chopped fresh sage leaves to the pan, stirring gently to incorporate the flavors. Garnish with the onions, spreading them evenly over the top of the dumplings.

in a preheated oven at 180°C until slightly crispy.
Heat the “Selektia White Truffle Sauce” in a pan
over medium-low heat.
Boil salted water in a pot and cook the gnocchi following the instructions on the package.
Once the gnocchi are cooked, drain them
and toss them in the pan with
the White Truffle Sauce.
Make sure that the gnocchi are well covered
with the sauce.
Add the chopped fresh sage to the pan,
stirring gently to incorporate aromas.
Arrange the gnocchi on a serving plate.
Garnish with the onions, spreading them
evenly over the top of the gnocchi.
