INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE
butter at room temperature 130 g;
sugar 250 g;
fresh eggs 5;
bitter cocoa powder 150 g;
wheat flour 140 g;
dark chocolate for decoration;

Beat the butter and sugar, then add the eggs one by one and stir the sifted flour and cocoa powder. Carefully mix with the ladle taking care to not disassemble the mixture. Butter and dust with cocoa some aluminium shot glasses and fill with the dough. Put in the freezer for at least one hour, then cook in the oven preheated to 200º for about 8 minutes. Place the little pies on a serving dish and drizzle with Selektia Truffle Acacia Honey Sweetness.
