INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

gg dough 300 g;
ricotta cheese 300 g;
porcini mushrooms 500 g;
grated parmesan 100 g;
Selektia Delicacy;
Fresh White Truffle 20 g;
salt; pepper.

PREPARATION

Cut porcini mushrooms in small cubes and cook in a pan. Prepare the filling by mixing ricotta cheese, parmesan, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Thinly roll out the egg dough and cut big circles. Put the filling in the middle of each circle and give shape to tortelloni. Cook them in boiling salted water and stir-fry with Selektia Porcini mushrooms and white truffle Delicacy. Arrange them on a serving dish with finely sliced White Truffle on top.
