Their business activity was born in 1987
as a family business that, remembering grandparents’ passion,
throws heart and soul in this world.
Simone and Laura started off Selektia Tartufi,
where the main objective is the research of
Tuscan excellence to bring all over the world.
The new adventure began in the native house in Castelfiorentino, in via Attavanti.
In 2010 the first new building lot of 760mq
In 2015 the first expansion of 300mq to improve the fresh and frozen truffle
and mushrooms world with the realization of new freezer
In 2019 the last portion of 600mq for a total renovation, with the introduction of new production lines by always keeping the attion on quality and following more and more strict and rigid hygienic sanitary protocols, which allowed to get high scores on the IFS certification.
