CANNELLINI BEANS CREAM WITH SELEKTIA TRUFFLE BEANS IN OIL AND FRESH WHITE TRUFFLE

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

boiled cannellini beans 500 g and their cooking water;
croutons of toasted bread;
Selektia cannellini beans;
Extra Virgin olive oil;
Fresh White Truffle 20 g;
salt; pepper.

PREPARATION

Blend boiled beans adding their cooking water till the cream get the right texture. Put on fire and simmer for a few minutes. Dress with olive oil, salt and pepper. Plate the cream, put some Selektia cannellini beans and croutons on that and thinly slice fresh White Truffle.
