Taste 2022 welcomes Selektia Tartufi, the ideal partner for all Italian and international companies active in the Food & Beverage, Gourmet and Food Excellence sectors.
From March 26 to 28 we will meet our current and ideal clients at TASTE 2022 at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence historic home of Pitti Immagine.

For our client companies we select the best products from the Tuscan territory according to their seasonality: from the prized white truffle of San Miniato, to porcini mushrooms gathered in the woods of the Tuscan hills by our truffle hunters and mushroom growers.

We process the fresh product directly in our kitchens in Castelfiorentino (FI) to preserve and enhance its extraordinary organoleptic qualities. We personally carry out the processing and packaging process directly in-house to always guarantee the highest quality and freshness.

Our proposal for TASTE 2022 is very wide: from preserved to fresh, dry to frozen. We are able to respond quickly and specifically to different partner requests with customization and personalization possibilities.

At TASTE 2022, we will present the Selektia Tartufi line and its latest innovations starting with spreadable creams, fancy condiments and truffle-flavored sauces aimed at a customer who wants to express his taste at the table and in the kitchen by experimenting with new combinations and flavors. You can taste with us the genuine flavors of the territory enhanced by our extraordinary truffle.
