Tuber Magnatum Pico season begins
Commonly called the White Precious Truffle, it has the ability to develop spontaneously in the depths of calcareous soils located in places that are aerated and made well moist and soft by rainfall.
The harvest calendar opens on September 10 and closes on December 31.
The Fresh Truffle is purchased directly from the truffle hunters: it is selected by the expert hands of Simone Calugi and is sold and shipped all over the world.
During the harvesting period, this truffle reaches an excellent degree of maturity from the point of view of size: the flesh will always be fragrant and delicate.
